ELISA SANTOS LLC provides residential interior design services including consultation, concept direction, mood boards, space planning, furniture sourcing, styling, and project management.

All services are offered at fixed pricing as listed on our Services page. Payment terms and schedules will be confirmed in your engagement agreement before work begins.

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit deposits or scheduled service fees.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed and resources committed. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

ELISA SANTOS LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, site access, and prompt communication so that the project can progress on schedule.

All design concepts, mood boards, and documentation produced by ELISA SANTOS LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives usage rights to designs created specifically for their project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
